Tony Leonard Bio

Tony Leonard is a Vice President of MidCap Advisors, LLC working with Retirement and Wealth Advisory firms. Tony has over 30 years of experience, knowledge, and a unique perspective in all aspects of the Retirement and Wealth Advisory firms’ ecosystems. Before joining MidCap Advisors, Tony worked at Wise Rhino Group, where he was involved in numerous transactions involving Retirement and Wealth Advisory firms on the buy and sell-side. Before that, he spent parts of his career with OneAmerica Retirement Services, New York Life Investment Management, Putnam Investments, and SEI Investments. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Tony is an avid outdoorsman and a fly-fishing fanatic. He resides in Orlando, Florida.
