Geuntae Jang is a Vice President of MidCap Advisors, LLC, engaged in both sell-side and buy-side advisory services, who enriches the experience of clients and exhibits the value of the firm’s expertise and attributes throughout middle-market corporate finance transactions. Geuntae provides financial due diligence and buy-side advisory services exclusively to the financial services industry and contributes to sell-side transactions for a range of industries. Prior to joining MidCap, Geuntae co-launched a successful casual dining restaurant and worked as a financial analyst at LG and other companies. Geuntae holds an executive education certificate for data analytics from Columbia Engineering, has passed CFA Level I Exam and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University.
