Paweł Caruk Bio

Pawel is a Partner and Head of the Warsaw investment team. He is responsible for deal sourcing, execution and monitoring of investments in Poland and serves on the Investment Committee. Pawel has been involved in transactions including Displate, intive, JS Hamilton and Hortex. Prior to joining the team, Pawel worked at Sino CEEF in Munich, at IK Investment Partners in Hamburg and as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and EY in Warsaw. Pawel holds a Master’s in Quantitative Methods and a Master’s in Management from Warsaw School of Economics. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant. In his free time, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities.
