Ryan Richardson Bio

Ryan joined MFG in 2024 and leads business development efforts at the firm. He assists with the origination, evaluation, and recommendation of new investment opportunities via intermediaries and business owners. Prior to joining MFG, Ryan worked as a Senior Associate at LFM Capital, a Nashville-based private equity fund, and The Halifax Group, a Washington D.C.-based fund. Ryan began his career at Intralinks in the Alternative Investments group. Ryan graduated with a BS in International Business Management and a BA in Spanish from Lesley University.
