Nicola has over 15 years of experience in the mid-market private equity and M&A and, before joining Metrika he worked since 2010 in Quadrivio Capital SGR, up to the position of responsible PE Area. Previously Partner to Mercurio Capital, New York based private equity firm, and Chief Financial Officer of private and listed SMEs, controlled by private equity funds. Over the years has followed numerous investment transactions both in Italy and abroad (add-on), on leading companies operating in industrial sectors for which the excellence of Italian SMEs is recognized. Nicola holds a degree in Economics and Finance from University of Parma.
