John P Connolly is Chairman of Metric and a member of its Investment Committee. He is currently Chairman of UK based Interpath Advisory (bought out of KPMG), international Investment Management and Family Office business, Stonehage Fleming Group; and US based Eisner Advisory Group. John also owns a beautiful country pub in the South Downs National Park. In the last 12 years, John’s primary focus has been in the Private Equity Sector where he has worked with a range of PE firms and led a number of exits. He was the architect and founder of PE backed Azets/Cogital in 2016. John was also Chairman of FTSE companies Amec Foster Wheeler plc (for 6 years until sale to Wood Group) and G4S plc (for 9 years until sale to Allied Universal). He chaired the Board of Trustees of Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity and the Finance Committee of The London Business School. In 2008, John was named in The Times Power 100 and as Personality of the Year in the Accountancy Age Awards. Prior to this, John had a longstanding career in Deloitte and stepped down from his roles as Global Board Chairman and UK CEO in 2011.
