George joined Metric in 2019 and focuses on the operational improvement of the companies in Metric’s portfolio. Prior to joining Metric, George was a Manager in EY’s mid-market private equity value creation team where he advised on pre-deal due diligence projects and post-deal strategy and operational improvement initiatives. George holds an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
