Kristina Pierce Bio

Kristina Pierce is a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee and is involved in all aspects of the private equity investment process. She is also a member of Mesirow Private Equity’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2007, Kristina was an Investment Banking Analyst in the mergers and acquisitions and global industrials groups at UBS Investment Bank in Chicago. Kristina is involved with the Women’s Association of Venture Equity (WAVE), Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN) and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School. Kristina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, where she has been a guest lecturer, and is a CFA® charterholder.
