Florinda Koka Bio

Florinda joined Merida in 2020 and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Merida Florinda has spent 10+ years as a controller in various Hedge Funds based in NYC such as Tourbillon, JANA and Bloom Tree in charge of building back office infrastructure and overseeing all aspects of accounting and operations. Florinda graduated Suma Cum Laude from the State University of New York at New Paltz with B.A. in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant .
