His enthusiasm and no-nonsense approach helped him in evaluating investments, managing international M&A, and optimizing finance operations while at Shell International. Jacob entered the world of private equity in 2006. Ever since, he has been developing SMEs applying his strategic, transactional, and operational skillset while respecting the importance of trust, integrity, and shared success. Jacob led the investment team at BWB Partners for 7 years before joining Mentha in 2022.
