Edo Pfennings Bio

Edo is co-founder of Mentha. Under the motto, “I've never done it but that doesn't mean I can't do it,” he plunged into this adventure without too much knowledge of private equity. He had built up solid experience in mergers and acquisitions as an investment banker and later in the corporate world of Philips. His creativity in deal-making turned out to be very useful, as did his entrepreneurial spirit, the art of connecting and the continuous urge to go one step further. Gijs and Edo have known each other since their student days in Amsterdam, where they learned everything about economics and catering.
