Curtis formed The Mendota Group in 2000 following a career that included positions within the investment banking and M&A advisory industries. Most recently, Curtis was a partner at a Chicago- based investment banking firm where he managed corporate finance engagements as well as direct investments in real estate, manufacturing and publishing. His experience with leading corporate finance, real estate finance and M&A transactions ensures sound operations and long-term financial health at The Mendota Group's portfolio companies.
