Shane joined Melior in 2020 and has over ten years of experience across private equity investing and corporate finance. Shane formerly sat on the Board of BHP Insurance, and currently sits on the boards of Rose Confectionery and NRG Panel. Prior to Melior, Shane worked in the Private Equity Group at Tikehau Capital in London, where he invested in growth capital opportunities in Ireland, the UK and across Europe. Prior to joining Tikehau, Shane worked in the M&A team at Jefferies in London, focusing on the Consumer & Retail sector. Shane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin.
