Jonathan Dalton Bio

Jonathan joined Melior in 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience across private equity, corporate finance and institutional banking. Jonathan led Melior’s 2023 investment in Ohk Energy and co-led Melior’s 2022 investment in Rose Confectionery. Prior to Melior, Jonathan led the corporate finance business for Key Capital, a Dublin based boutique investment bank, where he spent seven years and advised on a range of high profile Irish M&A transactions. Prior to joining Key Capital, Jonathan held senior corporate finance and banking roles with AIB in Dublin and PwC in Sydney. Jonathan holds an MBS from the Smurfit Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce & Spanish degree from UCD and is a CFA Charterholder.
