Alexandre Durand Bio

Prior to joining Mediterrania Capital Partners as an Analyst in September 2014, Alexandre Durand worked as a Financial Analyst for Parex USA and a Strategy Consultant for CMI, where he accumulated strong analytical and financial skills. Alexandre was promoted to Associate within the firm in 2017 and to Senior Associate in 2019. As an Associate at Mediterrania Capital Partners, he took part in various investment phases including market research, the risk identification of target companies, the designing of business plans and company valuation and the preparation of investment memorandums. In 2021, Alexandre was promoted to Investment Director. Over the years working at Mediterrania Capital Partners, Alexandre has developed very strong monitoring technical capabilities across many portfolio companies. Nowadays he is leading a team of investment professionals in the Barcelona office. Alexandre holds an Engineering degree from École Centrale Paris (France) and a Master’s in Management and Finance from Melbourne Business School (Australia). He speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
