Kevin Hayes Bio

Mr. Hayes joined MCM Capital in June 2004 and is primarily responsible for assisting the finance departments of portfolio companies with their financial reporting and accounting matters, investor relations, and internal accounting & banking. Mr. Hayes brings over eleven years of experience working with manufacturing companies and private equity partnerships while at Ernst & Young LLP. He provided professional services to a wide spectrum of companies in the Northeast Ohio area ranging from privately held start-up entities to multi-national publicly traded companies. He was responsible for managing the planning and execution of simultaneous audit engagements. Additionally, he provided clients timely assistance with complex technical matters, issuance of public filings, and due diligence services for acquisitions & divestitures. Mr. Hayes graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
