Jaime Hernández Soto Bio

Jaime Hernández Soto is a founding partner of MCH Private Equity. He was President of SpainCap (Spanish Private Equity Association) and member of the Council of Invest Europe. Jaime has led deals in multiple industrial sectors, including food, financial services, retail distribution, manufacturing and services. Jaime is a board member of Litalsa and Prosur. Before MCH, he was a member of Grucycsa’s investment team with AUM of €125MM. Prior to this, he worked at Lazard Frères et Cie in Paris, where he helped develop the business in Iberia, in Banco Santander de Negocios (investment bank of Santander Group) in Madrid and Banco Exterior de España (now BBVA) in New York. Jaime holds an B.Sc. cum laude in Business Administration from Caldwell University in New Jersey.
