Pauline Cornu-Thenard Bio

Pauline joined MBO+ in 2024 as Partner in charge of operations. Drawing on her experience in driving organizational transformation and managing support functions, she is helping to accelerate MBO+’s operational development. Trained as a lawyer specializing in banking and financial law, Pauline worked for 8 years in Paris and London in internationally renowned law firms. She then joined the Caisse des Dépôts Group in 2010 as a lawyer, then in 2016 as the Group’s Deputy General Counsel, and in 2018 as Chief Risk Officer and member of the Executive Committee. Since 2020, she has been Deputy Managing Director of Atream, a management company specializing in real estate, with particular responsibility for fundraising and support functions.
