Géraldine Lanthier Bio

Géraldine handles investor relations, listening to and meeting clients’ expectations and ensuring that fundraisings proceed swiftly. Géraldine joined MBO+ in 2007. During her first 11 years with us, she worked with the investment team, where she grew into a stellar dealmaker and supportive sparring partner for savvy managers. She used this strong background to create the firm’s IR function and continues to develop it to implement our customer-first philosophy. Géraldine graduated from HEC Paris, where she earned a CEMS-MIM Master’s and a dual degree with London School of Economics. In her free time, Géraldine enjoys life with her three young children, karaoke, and working on her budding ukulele skills.
