Franklin Henrot Bio

Franklin joined MBO+ as a Partner in 2022 and is jointly responsible for the Flex investment strategy. He focuses on management-led transactions and providing flexible capital solutions to lower mid-market companies. Franklin is passionate about investing and particularly enjoys exchanging with entrepreneurs and management teams to understand their business’ specificities and needs. He is convinced that private investments can combine financial performance and positive impact. Before he joined us, Franklin was a Partner at Apera Asset Management, where he was responsible for French & Benelux investments. He successfully developed the Paris office and supported the growth journeys of 11 portfolio companies with debt and equity financing solutions. Prior to Apera, Franklin was part of Avenue Capital Group’s investment team. He began his career at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group.
