Lei Han is a Managing Director based in Shanghai. Prior to MBK Partners, Mr. Han was a Director at CITIC Capital in Shanghai. Prior to CITIC Capital, he was with A.T. Kearney in Shanghai. Mr. Han received a BA in german language and literature from the Shanghai International Studies University and an MBA from the University of Bayreuth in Germany. Mr. Han currently serves on the board of directors of Apex Logistics and Siyanli.
