Kwang II Kim Bio

Kwang Il Kim is a Partner based in Seoul. Prior to MBK Partners, Mr. Kim was a Partner and Senior M&A Lawyer at the law offices of Kim & Chang, based in Seoul. Before Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers in Seoul. Mr. Kim received a BA and MA from Seoul National University and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the Korean Bar Association since 1995 and the Korea Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1989. Mr. Kim currently serves on the boards of directors of NEPA, Homeplus, MH&Co. and Lotte Card.
