Kari Rytkönen Bio

Kari has been involved in MB Funds' private equity activities from the beginning, being responsible primarily for contracts and legal affairs. He has participated in establishing all of MB's Funds and is in charge of their management. Kari previously worked in international capital market operations at Mortgage Bank of Finland Ltd and subsequently at MB Corporate Bank, where his area of responsibility extended to the legal aspects of M & A and structured finance.
