Waqqas Ahmad Bio

Waqqas is a founder of Mayfair. Prior to Mayfair, he worked at LDC’s London office, where he completed a number of notable deals including Avelo, Easynet Global Services, Boom Pictures/TwoFour and Blue Rubicon. Before joining LDC, Waqqas was a senior member of KPMG’s private equity group where he provided a range of advisory services including M&A support, specialist SPA advice and financial due diligence to private equity clients on complex cross-border transactions. Waqqas graduated with Honours from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
