Dean Cox Bio

Dean joined Maven in September 2019 and is based in our Manchester office. His responsibilities include deal origination and execution across Northern England. Prior to joining Maven Dean previously worked in the in-house M&A and Legal team at Radius Payment Solutions, where he spent three years working with the senior management team to secure minority private equity investment and deliver an acquisitive growth strategy. Prior to working at Radius, Dean worked in the Corporate Finance team at Addleshaw Goddard LLP in Manchester where he advised management teams, institutional investors and large corporates. Dean is a qualified solicitor who graduated from the University of Kent with a BA (Hons) degree in Politics & International Relations and also holds a Masters degree in Corporate Finance.
