Cristin Chinn Bio

Cristin Chinn is the Head of Human Capital at Makena, where she leads all people-oriented strategies and programs. She also chairs the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Prior to Makena, Cristin spent 14 years at McKinsey & Company in multiple roles: Management Consultant, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and most recently, Professional Development Associate Director. Cristin holds an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College in Economics, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she graduated with Distinction.
