Ryan joined Main Street in 2012 and is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, overseeing due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, portfolio management, investor relations, risk management and compliance. He has more than a dozen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Main Street, Ryan was a partner at the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
