Dennis joined Main Street in 2008 and is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, overseeing due diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, portfolio management and investor relations. Dennis has been actively involved with mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, strategy and corporate finance for twenty years. Prior to joining Main Street, he spent over ten years at Fortune Brands, Inc., a global $8.5 billion consumer products conglomerate based in Deerfield, IL. Prior to Fortune, Dennis was a Manager in Price Waterhouse LLP's Corporate Finance Group in New York. Dennis also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP in their Pittsburgh office.
