Brandon Spradlin has over 15 years as an operations executive, combining both civilian and military leadership experience with a primary focus on the recycling and waste services industry. He is actively involved in one of Main Line Equity Partners’ portfolio companies—President at American Box and Recycling Company, a Philadelphia-based corrugate wholesaler founded in 1956. Previously, Brandon served as President at Eurofins QC, a multi-million dollar, multi-site water microbiology laboratory and field services organization. Before that he held various leadership roles at Republic Services, a Fortune 500 recycling and waste services company. His roles included General Manager (Tulsa, OK), Manager of Development Programs, Manager of Business Transformation (Phoenix, AZ), and Operations Manager (Las Vegas, NV). Brandon holds an M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, an M.B.A. from American Military University, and a B.S. in Psychology and Liberal Arts from Excelsior College.
