John Musolino Bio

John is a Principal and founder of Avondale Capital Advisors, a consulting firm that provides strategic and corporate finance advisory services to independent and private equity sponsored middle-market businesses in a range of industries. At Avondale, John has worked on a range of projects, including buy- and sell-side advisory engagements, principal investing, start-up formation, and financing, and strategic and financial consulting assignments. Previously, John was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at True North Communications, Inc; served in the global corporate finance group of Arthur Andersen; First Union Corporation (now Wells Fargo); served as a director at Concert Group Logistics, a third-party logistics provider; Aquent Marketing Staffing; and Five Tool Marketing, a marketing services business. John holds a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University.
