Vanessa Ward Bio

Vanessa joined the MDP team in 2022 as a Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer. Vanessa has over 20 years of experience in human resources, professional development, and talent acquisition. Prior to MDP, Vanessa was with McKinsey & Company’s Chicago office, most recently leading the People function for their Transformation practice. She served as Director of Human Resources at both Cedar Capital and Golub Capital, and was a Vice President within Talent Acquisition at Citadel Investment Group. Vanessa began her career at Bain & Company, having worked in both their Boston and London offices.
