Teri joined MDP in 2007. Prior to joining MDP, she was a Senior Transactional Paralegal in the Corporate group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex private equity transactions and corporate governace matters, from 1985 through 1991, and rejoined in 1993 after having served as Director of Legal Services at the Chicago Sun-Times, Inc.
