Jason Frank Bio

Jason is a Partner at LVL3 and an experienced CEO and CFO of mid-market businesses in the manufacturing, semiconductor, and food & beverage industries. He has consulted with over a dozen businesses in the mid-market and has held several direct positions in the public and private sectors ranging from Senior Analyst to Chief Executive Officer. Jason has experience in businesses with revenues ranging from sub-$1 million to over $1 billion annually. His areas of expertise include business strategy, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, capital planning, and organization design and leadership. Jason received his MBA from the University of Oregon and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from Portland State University.
