Nathanael Martin Bio

After an initial 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions at Bnp Paribas in New York and Paris, Nathanaël joined Sade (now Fortis Private Equity France) in Strasbourg in 2004 to participate in the redeployment of the Private Equity activity. In 2009, he created the Strasbourg office of Siparex, covering more specifically the East of France for more than 10 years within the structure, of which he became Associate Director. He joined LT Capital in 2022 as Managing Director, after a stint at Alliance Entreprendre (now Naxicap Partners). Some examples of operations carried out: Ecoclean, Transports Mauffrey, Norcan, La Buvette, Arcado (Jean-Louis Amiotte/Morteau Saucisse/Clavière). Nathanaël is a graduate of HEC.
