Roumi Zlateva Bio

Roumi joined the New York office of LMP as a Vice President in August 2017, and was named Principal in 2022. Prior joining Lovell Minnick, Roumi served as Director in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Securities, providing strategic advice and transaction support to clients in the financial services sector. Previously, she was an Associate at Oak Hill Capital Partners and an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Morgan Stanley. Roumi earned her Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
