David Arbia Bio

David Arbia is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Lotus Infrastructure Partners. In this role, he is responsible for financial reporting to investors, tax structuring and compliance, cash management, and fundraising. Mr. Arbia works closely with both the investment team and the asset management team as it relates to deal structuring, financial/tax diligence, and financial reporting/compliance for certain portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lotus' predecessor in December 2013, Mr. Arbia served as the Controller of Credit Suisse USA subsidiary Asset Management Finance LLC, where he oversaw an investment portfolio consisting of $700 million in assets. Prior to that, Mr. Arbia was an Audit Manager in the financial services division at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Arbia is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
