Akshat Podar Bio

Akshat Podar is a Vice President of Lotus Infrastructure Partners. In this role, he is responsible for principal investing and asset management in the energy infrastructure sector. He has been actively involved in the acquisition, development, and asset management of BerQ RNG, Lotus’ renewable natural gas platform, and the acquisition of Lavaca Midstream. Prior to joining Lotus' predecessor in 2019, Mr. Podar was an Analyst in Citigroup’s Project & Infrastructure Finance group. His responsibilities included conducting due diligence and executing acquisition and financing-related transactions across the power, energy, and infrastructure industries in the North American and Latin American markets. Mr. Podar holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance Concentration, along with a Markets and Management Certificate from Duke University.
