Jordan Broome Bio

Jordan Broome is a Managing Partner at Lorient. Prior to joining Lorient, Jordan served as VP of Corporate Development with Almost Family (NASDAQ: AFAM), a national home healthcare company. Before joining AFAM, Jordan acted as CFO with Home Care by Black Stone where he led the restructuring and ultimate sale of the Company to AFAM. Prior to joining Black Stone, Jordan was an investment banker with B.C. Ziegler & Co. where he advised healthcare technology and services companies on various strategic and financial alternatives. Jordan began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he provided buy-side financial due diligence and restructuring advisory services across a range of industries. Over his career, Jordan has directly advised on over 50 M&A transactions representing over $2bn in enterprise value. Jordan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Ithaca College.
