In order to support operational excellence across all portfolio companies, much of Doug’s time is spent working hand-in-hand with our portfolio companies building systems, processes, and technology capable of scaling the organization to the next level. Prior to joining Lorient, Doug was an associate with Quarton International, a middle-market investment bank specializing in M&A advisory, and as an associate in the Transaction Advisory Group at Ducker Worldwide, a management consultancy to Fortune 500 companies. He holds a BA in Economics and East Asian studies from Denison University.
