Mandy Kamm Bio

Mandy brings nearly two decades of private equity experience, with a diverse background that includes investor relations, allocator roles, and consulting. Throughout her career, she has worked with a broad range of institutional, high-net worth, and retail investors. Before joining our team, Mandy served as Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at MiddleGround Capital, where she led efforts in investor relations and capital formation. Her previous roles include key positions at the Fire and Police Pension Association of Colorado, Deutsche Bank, iCapital Network, and Portfolio Advisors. This extensive experience gives Mandy a deep understanding of the industry, offering a unique perspective from both the General Partner and Limited Partner sides. Mandy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky. She is based in our Dallas office and enjoys spending time with her husband, Collin, and their two toddlers, Wyatt and Lyla.
