Kyle Quatrochi Bio

Kyle has over eight years of relevant industry experience in credit underwriting and public accounting. Kyle was most recently a Director at RGA on the Private Debt & Equity team where he was responsible for evaluating, structuring, diligence, execution, and management of direct lending (unitranche, second lien, mezzanine) and equity co-investment opportunities as well as fund investments. Prior to RGA, Kyle was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), a Big Four accounting and advisory firm. In this role, Kyle provided audit service to public and private companies in a variety of industries including retail and consumer products and portfolio companies of a middle market private equity fund. Kyle received both a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSAcc) and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
