Jill brings over 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting to LongWater, having held multiple leadership positions. Previously, Jill served as Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Sterling Management, where she led a team of accountants in managing financial accounting and reporting responsibilities for a $1.3B real estate investment trust. Prior to Sterling, Jill was an Associate in Eide Bailly’s audit practice in Fargo. Jill is an advocate for young female leaders and has a passion for mentoring peers who have a desire to grow as leaders. She previously served as a mentor for BIO Girls, a Fargo-based preventive mental wellness program with the mission of improving the self-esteem of adolescent girls. Jill was also a member of the 2019-2020 FMWF Leadership Program and is a 2023 member of Allegro Group’s “Women Who Lead-Mastermind,” a program designed to empower leaders who seek to scale their impact, utilizing collaborative peer networks to deliver results. Jill holds a BS in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and is a licensed CPA. She lives in Fargo with her husband, Cody.
