Samantha Krutal Bio

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Krutal was a Senior Associate at Churchill Asset Management. She served as an integral part of the Finance team, overseeing Churchill’s Private Equity and Junior Capital platform. Ms. Krutal was responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions of multiple private credit and private equity funds, with combined assets under management of over $2 billion. Previously, Ms. Krutal was an Assurance Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management practice at Ernst & Young, LLP. During her tenure at EY, Ms. Krutal was tasked with planning and executing financial statement audits for various hedge fund and private equity fund clients. She also served as an active member in EY’s College Mentoring for Access and Persistence (College MAP) program. Ms. Krutal holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Marketing from Lehigh University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
