Andy is an experienced business leader having spent the majority of the last 25 years in the facilities management industry, latterly as CEO of outdoor services company OUTCO and prior to that as Managing Director at Compass Group Plc. Starting his career as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in the UK and Canada, Andy switched to general management utilising his commercial skills to drive transformational change and growth(both organically and through acquisition) in both Corporate and PE backed businesses.
