Peter Bozian is a Vice President at LoneTree and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare IT, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Prior to joining LoneTree, he was a Vice President at Edison Partners, where he focused on growth equity investing in enterprise solutions, healthcare IT, and financial technology. Prior to Edison Partners, Peter was an Associate at Noble Rock Advisors focusing on growth buyouts of middle market B2B software businesses. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Leonis Partners and received a BA in Mathematics from Emory University.
