Kevin Cunningham Bio

Kevin Cunningham is a Partner at LNC Partners. Mr. Cunningham has been working with private companies as an investor since 2003. His significant tenure as a control equity sponsor, minority/growth equity investor, and lender has provided substantial experience working with companies across a broad range of business models and stages of development. Mr. Cunningham is focused on investing in tech-enabled business services companies in the HR, healthcare, education, insurance, and standards management (e.g. compliance, testing, inspection, certification, calibration, benchmarking) industries. Prior to joining LNC in 2014, Mr. Cunningham spent 7 years at Allied Capital Corporation (and its successor through acquisition, Ares Management), a private equity and debt investment firm. Before joining Allied in 2007, Mr. Cunningham was an Associate at BancBoston Capital in its middle-market buyout group. Mr. Cunningham began his career as an Analyst at Thomas Weisel Partners, where he worked on private equity, M&A, and capital raising transactions.
