David Schmoeller Bio

David Schmoeller is a Vice President at LNC Partners. His responsibilities include originating, analyzing, and executing new investment opportunities, and management oversight of portfolio investments. Prior to joining LNC in 2019, Mr. Schmoeller worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as a Manager in the Financial Due Diligence group within Transaction Services. While there, he advised on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as on financial and commercial diligence projects across a multitude of industries.
