Josh Loftus Bio

Josh serves as LLR’s chief legal and compliance resource with respect to fund management, investment activities and regulatory matters. Prior to joining LLR, Josh worked in the Corporate and Business Transactions group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP and also previously served as Corporate Counsel (M&A) at TE Connectivity Ltd. During time in these roles, Josh advised management and shareholders on an array of business transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, growth investments, joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances, as well as general corporate governance matters.
