He supports the Value Creation Team by partnering with portfolio companies to monetize innovation and develop optimized product pricing and packaging strategies leading to sustained profitable growth. Prior to LLR, Anik worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture Strategy and Simon-Kucher Partners, where he helped clients grow their revenue across improving their pricing, commercial strategy, and sales transformation efforts. Anik’s functional experience spans market entry strategies, portfolio price optimization, price pack architecture and sales force restructuring.
