William M. Dace is a Vice President with LKCM Headwater Investments and is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring transactions and working with our portfolio companies. Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Dace was a Vice President at Main Street Capital Corporation, where he focused on lower-middle-market debt and equity investments. Before Main Street, William specialized in energy and infrastructure investments during his time at Global Infrastructure Partners, Energy Spectrum Capital, Pearl Energy Investments, and Goldman Sachs. William received his BBA in Finance and Accounting, summa cum laude, from TCU and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
